The following terminology applies to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Statement, and any Disclaimer and any or all of the Agreements: “Customer”, “You” and “You” refer to you, the person who has access to this site and accepts the terms and conditions of the Company. “The Company”, “We”, “We” and “We” refer to our Company. “Parts” or “We” refer to either the Customer or our Company or both. All terms refer to the offer and the needs of the Customer regarding the provision of the Company’s declared services, in accordance with the applicable law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or it or it is considered interchangeable and hence referred to as such.

Privacy statement:

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Employees of a knowledge base must only use information collected from individual Clients. We continuously monitor our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our Clients. There are specific offenses for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions for the purpose of prosecuting and/or conducting civil proceedings for damages against those responsible.

Confidentiality:

Any information about the Customer and the corresponding Customer Records may be forwarded to third parties. However, Customer records are considered confidential and therefore will not be disclosed to third parties other than our employees and if they are legitimately requested by the competent authorities. Customers have the right to request access and copies of all Customer data we hold, provided that we give reasonable notice to such a request. Customers are required to keep copies of documents given in connection with the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we will issue to Clients the appropriate written information, brochures or copies of the records as part of an agreed contract for the benefit of both parties. We will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to third parties, or use your email address for spam. Any emails sent by this company will only concern the provision of agreed services and products.
